“Super clean and in a nice spot in town. Staff was very kind and helpful.”

“One mattress in the room sank very low when sitting or sleeping on it. The carpets smelled, and the toilet was clogged. People were smoking by the hotel entrance all the time.”

“You could hear everything from the rooms upstairs. Kids running all night kept us awake. Guests sitting outside smoking. Stench of smoke was awful. Then we had a random man knock on our door, strung out on drugs and then tried to block my car in. Glad we were leaving, and we are not going back there.”

“The room was absolutely lovely.as were the front desk staff. The restaurant entrees were not good. At all. Cold Rigatoni, short ribs with no sauce, overcooked medium rare steak, no goat cheese on a goat cheese pizza and dried out lamb on a lamb pizza. However the truffle focaccia and mac and cheese were wonderful, but two out of eight is not a good. Drinks are obscenely priced. $26 for a southern comfort and ginger ale... before tip. We chose to sit around a non functioning firepit after...

“The front desk guy mumbles in heavy accent making communication challenging but the facility itself if clean and well maintained. My room was very clean with a comfortable bed and pillows. Lots of shopping and eating choices close by. 10/10”

“There was a pubic hair in my shower with the drain grate turned up and not in place upon arrival. The shower barely had any water pressure. I was on a first level room and it was incredibly noisy early in the morning as well as at night. The deadbolt latch to my door broke and fell off the door during my stay so I was only able to lock the door with one lock. I’ve stayed at this hotel before, but this stay was extremely disappointing.”
